“Many Southeast Texans are still looking to either rebuild or purchase a new permanent residence post-Harvey. I encourage residents to look at programs that may be available to them from FEMA and the GLO. There is a long path to recovery and the restoration of normalcy and we must do anything in our power to provide assistance and expedite the process,” said Rep. White.
