TCEQ Small Domestic Wastewater Systems Asset Management Workshop
Austin, TX - State Representative James White encourages interested stakeholders to attend a free Small Domestic Wastewater Systems Asset Management Workshop hosted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The workshop will provide wastewater operators, city administrators, council members, and others with useful tools, resources, and opportunities to begin asset management planning. This information can lead to better financial decisions that can help stop the costly cycle resulting from reacting to crisis situations.
The workshop will take place on May 17th at the TCEQ Regional Office (2916 Teague Drive, Tyler, TX 75701) from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wastewater operators will earn 3.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attending this event.
"I highly recommend this workshop to our Southeast Texas leaders and stakeholders. TCEQ will provide valuable resources that will help strengthen our management of wastewater systems," said Rep. White.
Attendees may get more information from upcoming workshops and register for the May 17th workshop at the TCEQ website (www.tceq.texas.gov/goto/AM-workshop) or by calling 1-800-447-2827.
