State Representative James White Commends HD 19 University of Dallas Students
Austin, TX - State Representative James White is proud to recognize students at the University of Dallas that have been named to the Honor Roll, Dean's List, or recently graduated from the university. It is always an honor to recognize those students from House District 19 who excel and reach honors of academic achievement at their institutions of higher learning.
Caitlyn Worry of Lumberton, Texas, was named to the University of Dallas Honor Roll for the spring 2015 semester. Students who achieve this honor must earn a grade point average between 3.0-3.49 for the academic semester. "I am proud of the achievement Ms. Worry has made and I wish her the best in pursuing her English major," said Rep. White.
Kelsey Watson of Silsbee, Texas was named to the university's Dean's List for the 2015 spring semester. To achieve this accomplishment, students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. "I commend Ms. Watson on this recognition and hope to see her achieve her goals in the field of Psychology," said Rep. White.
In addition, Garrett Gustafson of Sour Lake, Texas, graduated from the University of Dallas this past May 17th, 2015. Gustafson majored in Economics and was one of more than 250 students to receive a bachelor's degree from the university. "Mr. Gustafson's hard work and dedication is to be admired. Graduating from the University of Dallas is truly an accomplishment worth celebrating. I look forward to seeing many great things from this young man," said Rep. White.
