Austin, Texas–Representative Toni Rose filed House HB 802 which will increase the ability of county emergency management vehicles to rapidly respond to emergency situations within the county.
Currently, county emergency management vehicles cannot move quickly through traffic when responding to an emergency or security situation. As a result, delaying their ability to quickly arrive at emergency sites and provide a coordinated response.
"I am proud to carry this legislation which will allow counties the ability to be more proactive in preparing for emergencies."
Representative Rose represents District 110 which includes Dallas, Balch Springs, and Mesquite.
